Trainline takes money without authorisation

Beware Trainline. If they have your card details they can take money from your account. They told me that they had given me too much refund on a returned ticket and were simply going to take the money back. I asked for details and said no payment until I got them. Totally ignored - they just took the money so watch out.
ALSO Beware buying 2 single tickets instead of a return. I did this and had to cancel - they then take £10 off each single ticket befoire any refund.
DON'T USE THEM - go direct to the train company.
