oh and another confession...just bought two pairs of ankle boots in the M&S online sale...only spent £31.50 and will get 5% cash back so not too bad and my current pairs have now been mended so many times they have probably cost way more than one pair and look sad and scruffy. Need to take fave "going out" ankle boots to cobblers at the weekend though.

It could be both - especially if you don't stretch.

And I'm only a couple of inches taller than you and 8 stone is about what one of my legs weigh...

Mayflower curry sauce stuff has been purchased, will let you know how it goes... DS sometimes has a curry at school that he likes but it's orangey in colour but not tika masala so maybe this is it. can't remember the last time I had a curry in a chinese though, oh dear now thinking of kung po chicken...

yet another confession - erm more boots but they were a bargain £25 and mean I have something to wear to work with the skirts that have been hanging around there for a while.

    OK, list for the weekend:

    1. Change the bloomin euros!
    2. Dejunk kitchen ready to paint
    3. Tidy flat as per usual
    4. Catch up with laundry mountain
    5. Help DS with Santa letter listing only stuff I've already bought...

Off out to see friends for supper but will have to try and be good on the diet front - mate is not known for slimming foods though...

and I've just been to tescos forgetting the euros yet again. maybe this is a sign I should pop over to Paris/Dublin for some xmas shopping (only joking honest).

Thanks Bob, having been not spending on clothes for TWO years some things are getting beyond repair now. just need to get stuff for DS's stocking and a pressie for my mum and xmas is sorted which hopefully will bring a close to the spending for a while.
