Thats exactly what we plan to do as soon as we are debt free, just need the house to not fall down in the next 2 years before we can start doing stuff to it! xx

sad isn't it! it will be good doing stuff when I've saved up enough and seeing the money build up in the meantime - mind you it'll be sooooo painful to spend it!

Go me! made a cake and DS had a bit and asked if he can get some more for his packed lunch "to make my pals jealous".:D

good news and bad news... bad news is my lovely linen trousers are falling off me and fell down so low I ripped the hemline, but good news is I must be losing inches if not too much weight. Bluddy loved those trousers though...

but they were soooo comfy! before I lost inches they sort of skimmed the hips then had wide legs - now they slip down too far. They were from Principles and they are no more.

Just looked on quidco and I have £16 coming my way soon - yippee!!!:j

Principles didn't make them - they only sold them. Get looking on t'internet, and then go to the shops to try them. Take DS if he needs punishing...

Had a wee look on ebay but can't see the same style. Might go shopping at weekend but sans DS as he's been quite nice lately!

no, he's actually been really good lately, even following instructions that I didn't mean and coming home when he's told. Poor wee soul only gets a mention when I'm moaning about him! he's actually been great company and stopped me booking a wee mini break today as he said it would be better to save the money for moving.:o

In other news there are only 3 people (DS included) that don't have sky in his class. This isn't a ploy to get it as he said he thinks it's a waste of money but bloomin amazin - I thought it might be over 50% having it now but that's 30 kids out of 33!

It'll be their (step) dads not wishing to deprive their cherished young ones of Sky Sports...

Don't do step dads round here - we are the strange broken freaky family! only other non-sky folk are one whose parents are very OS and another whose mum spends all her money on booze. DS says he'd rather we saved the sky money and did something fun - doesn't do sitting still too well.:o
