    No Beanie, actually I've 20 years left but if I overpaid as much as I have been paying on the debts THEN it could be paid in 3 years

    I don't think you could stand your current lifestyle for another 3 years.
    - sorry I wasn't too clear there! maybe if I did something about the decor and the sound proofing I would be happier here though? or maybe not!:o

    Soundproofing is very hard to do. Shooting your neighbours is cheap and surprisingly effective.

    October isn't too long now, Nov is when I can sell and not pay any penalty clause so I know that's only five months!
