well there's good news...cos I can't count I just realised I've actually lost more weight than I thought! Shall from now on work it back from target weight as that's an easier number to work with.
only spends today were on expenses - there is such a thing as a free lunch after all...
And there is a very cute bloke at the gym who will be mine. ok, I don't even know his name yet but...well....yum!

:rotfl:he will be yours.........do you want me to cast a love spell on him Skinty:D

So when are you going to get him to ask you out?;)

Well done on the extra weight loss :T
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    I haven't actually lost anything extra - I knew I was 11st 8 but just couldn't take it away from 12st 2...

Love spell please Lou, I've seen him a couple of times - first time I was all clean, made up and showered and today when I was a right blobby mess but he flashed his dazzling smile both times. he's probably one of my wee bro's pals or summit!

I do love my targets Bob just hoping this one isn't actually married or gay!

Looked at holidays again but now feeling reaaaallly focused on moving so no way Jose (not going to try the accent thingy cos it just makes it look like you swore).

Low spend day, bought rolls and bacon but froze most of the bacon to stick in pasta at a later date. Had major panic earlier as thought I'd run out of pasta (sauce was cooking at the time) but found some posh tagillatelle at the back of the cupboard... can't remember buying it so it must be ancient but still should be ok...:o
