I would too Skinty, I am a bit depressed this morning as OH and I are both trying to lose a bit of wieght before our holidays. OH needs to lose about 2 stone and I need to lose 1 stone.

He is doing OK but I am just not losing anything:mad:

Might re-join slimming world as that really worked for me even though I do begrudge the £4.50 a week.

I think I might give up wine for a few weeks and see if that helps.... seems awfy drastic to me though!

I thought about WW but can't commit to a class and don't want to pay for that either, I think there's a free thing at the gym but maybe just not eating so much junk and doing more exercise will get me there eventually... I will see where I am at the end of the month.

    How long till your holiday?
