Is a film called 'Red Dragon' a Hannibal Lector film?
Wont be able to sleep tonight if I watch this:eek:

It is - and it's rather grusome. Apparently not all that scary though.

It's not scarey at all Beanie. Well in relation to Silence of the Lambs it comes in at about a 3.

There's plenty of worse films than that - Like the Avengers with Uma Thurman...

I hope you slept ok Beanie - I must have been in the land of nod by then.

The sun is shining for once and we are off out for the day, after yesterday this is amazing as it was seeming like ark building was in order.

Only lost a pound this week but at least it's a step in the right direction... feeling jealous of all the CD dieters but I can't afford that and would probably just put it all on again afterwords knowing me!

I would too Skinty, I am a bit depressed this morning as OH and I are both trying to lose a bit of wieght before our holidays. OH needs to lose about 2 stone and I need to lose 1 stone.

He is doing OK but I am just not losing anything:mad:

Might re-join slimming world as that really worked for me even though I do begrudge the £4.50 a week.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
