The sun is shining for once and we are off out for the day, after yesterday this is amazing as it was seeming like ark building was in order.

I would too Skinty, I am a bit depressed this morning as OH and I are both trying to lose a bit of wieght before our holidays. OH needs to lose about 2 stone and I need to lose 1 stone.
He is doing OK but I am just not losing anything:mad:
Might re-join slimming world as that really worked for me even though I do begrudge the £4.50 a week.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0
