Being active is a different kettle of fish to being thin. The more active you are the muscle you have. The more muscle, the heavier. Perhaps it would be better for you to talk about clothes sizes rather than weight?
I know what weight I was before when I ran lots and went to the gym all the time so I wouldn't be thin at that just slim but in the past when I was thin I was a couple of stone lighter than that - smoked like a lum and did no exercise! I have no desire to be that size again honest!:DMortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000
