Continuing the carb theme...we just had rolls with bacon and potato scones for brekkie - yum!
Lovely day here so off to the park in a bit for a nice walk and some fresh air.

I don't mind the fact I've lost an hour today at all as I love the fact it's going to be lighter in the evenings from now on. Yippeee!!!

oh my gaaawwwd! just stood on the scales and I'm (can't believe I'm admitting this) 12 stone 3!!!!!! never been that heavy in my puff! I made DS stand on the scales to see if they were working ok but sadly it's not them it's ALL me! Ideal weight is 10 - 10st7 so there's a fair bit of work to do here. Twenty four pounds in fact but first target will be that stone by the end of April with Beanie. oh well, I'll save a bit on snacks...

Is that *your* ideal weight, or the ideal weight that the ideal weight books tell you should be your ideal weight?

Well My ideal weight is a weight were my waistband does not threaten to cut me in two...........and dont suggest buying a bigger size as thats just not MSE:p
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

That means my ideal weight varies depending on what trousers I'm wearing.

And makes my ideal weight about 3 stone more than I am...

I think they vary between 9st 7 and 11st! it's what I look ok at! 9 1/2 is a bit skinny for me but 10st is ok. I really miss the gym, folk say just go for a run outside but for the last few weeks walking outside has been quite difficult as it's been so windy. Getting a bit calmer now, went to park with DS - sunny but icy cold wind. Need to go see my folks earlier so that will be a couple more miles. Currently awaiting the roasting of a chicken...

If you run *with* the wind, then not only is it easier, but you don't feel it as much. Of course you have to find somewhere sheltered to get back the way you came...but that's just details... ;)

Doesn't work - only long area you can run in one direction is the beach and it blows directly across you there. believe me I've tried!
it would probably be easier to just eat less...

Right, I will attempt to think positively from now on but having spent two days shopping with DS I am drained, can't believe it would only be just after 8:30 if the clocks hadn't changed - bloomin shattered. Tomorrow is another day though and one that's going to be fabulous!
