Do you have to take him shopping Lou? if not you could accidentally forget...

I have a couple of nights out planned and could do with getting my hair done too! DS is saving washing by ripping school trousers before they've even been washed...arrrggghhh! why can't he wear jeans to school - would be sooo much cheaper.

Have to go buy a baby pressie too which I'm looking forward too as I like looking at all the pretty pink stuff! might make a nappy cake I think...

want to save money when out shopping? take stroppy kid with you! needless to say we have had words and he's suitably apologetic now... he's still banned from PS2 etc for the day...

Bought a MS meal deal thing for us for tonight before he hacked me off so having lasagne and salad followed by a mega chocky pudding thing which was his choice as I would have prefered the cheese selection (I was realistic enough to realise that I'd scoff the lot on my own though), oh and a bottle of wine - cost to me was a fiver as I had a credit note!

Having just had the M&S dinner I have to say it was pretty good! I didn't realise the bonus was that there was hardly any washing up - hooray!!! Enough chocky pudding for tomorrow and the diet can start again on monday!:o :D

Son no longer stroppy and trying to make it up. He was incredibly selfish and thoughtless when we were out and as he's an only child I feel I need to make sure he doesn't end up a spoilt brat so he has been suitably punished. School teacher says he's very good at sharing and thinking of others but I suppose we all have off days!

I'm shattered and didn't even do a list this weekend - can't believe it's sunday night already!
    This evening I have:

cooked and cleared up (never good after a roast),
ironed all work clothes and uniforms,
    visited parents,
gone to supermarket - fridge and petrol tank now full,
    checked work emails,
    made sandwiches for tomorrow...

have now poured a glass of wine and had a creme egg...bliss!

    Catch Beanie!!!!

When are you off down south for the wedding? it is this week isn't it?

NSD today and I've done loads of housework this evening - tidied lounge and stairs as per flylady thread although not posting on it as I need a practise or two to get back into it. I've decided I need to do this stuff during the week so I can do big stuff like decorating at the weekend...maybe not this weekend though...

    Hello bl - what wedding's this?where?

Just being throughly nosey - car frozen and won't start, so I'm giving it a rest before trying again.

Couldn't get out to Volunteer Day yesterday, so thought I'd go today, but had forgotten why I usually park car facing East, when I rtn'd from mot on Sunday.

Walked out twice yesterday - once for village man's FR eggs and to catch PO late.

    Engine's chillywilly facing North atm.

A good and hopeful day wished to everyone.
