I didn't try to do the survey, just replied to the email saying "how can you justify survey invitations when you don't have a prize catalogue, and there's no confirmation that charity donations will reach their destination?".
I should add that I don't expect a reply. I don't even expect it to be read. I just enjoyed venting my frustration...

I got the email and managed to complete the survey so if they ever get the vouchers back in I now have enough points to claim one, but Im not holding my breath. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I emailed them on the 22 October (12 days ago) after receiving a survey invite and haven't received a reply, not that I was expecting one. I wish they would just be honest about when, if ever, they will get any more vouchers, so I know whether to do any more surveys.2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
