I responded to their "referral" email the other day (a sign to me that they're running into trouble, running out of members, and worried at how they can justify their demographic spread...) asking again if they would be expanding the prize catalogue any time soon, and if not, why not.
No response yet. And yep, no actual site contact address any more.
A shame. I've got 10,000 points, and nothing to show for it. I don't even like going to the cinema much...£5 a day in December £179.59/£155£100 on STP by 31 January 09 £2.03/£1000 -
Contact email is info@thats-what-i-think.co.uk i got a reply from it last week saying that Amazon vouchers should be in soon.lionheart79 wrote: »very annoying as id built up a sizeable total of points. no warning given.
I guess the site is running into difficulties if they're not offering decent rewards and there is no contact email address anymore. Oh well.Well I Love Tv And I Love T. Rex, I Can See Through Your Skirt I've Got X-Ray Spex0 -
I had a reply this morning from claire@thats-what-i-think.co.uk saying that they expect the Amazon vouchers to come back in stock "soon".
Which is what they said in August. And July. And June. Oh, and in May.£5 a day in December £179.59/£155£100 on STP by 31 January 09 £2.03/£1000 -
thatswhatithink.co.uk is a bit of a rip :-( i have been doing surveys for them for a number of years. to start with they were ok, do some surveys, get some amazon vouchers, no problems. but for the last year or so they have had nothing but charity donation vouchers on the site despite saying in every survey email that they offer amazon and even paypal vouchers. i have written to them a number of times and even tried to turn trading standards loose on them, but unfortunatly they are an unresponsive US outfit with no respect for advertising standards.
so if you want make a donationm to unicef etc, then they are good otherwise they are selling your opinion and giving you nothing in return.0 -
Can they not be reported to Trading Stanards if they are advertising something they cannot provide? At the end of the day it's false advertising, surely?

If that is true it is amazing - they've had nothing but charity donation for months every time I've looked.Artofdookie wrote: »They had cdwow vouchers on Friday.
My daughter emailed them (having winkled the address out of the site) mentioning how misleading it is to say they have vouchers (which they do very clearly on every email invite) and said she felt she'd been enticed to make money for the website, with no reward, on false pretenses. They've completely ignored her.
Yes I think Trading Standards would be interested - Consumer Direct in the first instance if anyone fancies it!0 -
I've had mixed experiences with this site.
I find when I'm invited to a survey theres never any vouchers available. Presumably because everyone completing the survey has cashed in their points. However when I've checked back a few days or weeks later the amazon vouchers have been there.
I've always managed to cash in my rewards - however I've never built up a large points total just incase.
Keep checking - I know I will be as I want my amazon voucher for xmas!0 -
I had enough for an amazon voucher and have been waiting for them to be in stock. Now I can't even get onto the website. It says the server cannot be found. I think it may have died altogether now

Yep, dead for me too. I had about £30 worth of Amazon vouchers (potentially...) to cash out.
Oh well, It was only ever free money, I suppose...£5 a day in December £179.59/£155£100 on STP by 31 January 09 £2.03/£1000
