What Martin said was Child Tax Credits - this is for income up to £58k BUT you won't necessarily get the CHILDCARE element - they are different, although paid together. So you may qualify for child tax credits, but nothing for childcare costs - I never did as we earned too much and it was less than £40k.0

Yes they do.
On the front page it states:

perhaps you only have that breakdown as you are entitled to WTC.
I can only assume then, unless you get WTC then you get no help towards childcare at all, otherwise my award notice would list it? So in effect anyone with an income over £13K doesnt get any help towards childcare?
