Bank Of Scotland

I run a very small company and use the Bank of Scotland since 2003. When I started the business I started at home. To start with, initially they have been supportive but when I started to expand the business and opened a retail outlet, they became unsupportive and withdrew the overdraft facility.
Later this year they illegally cancelled my merchant service agreement and they are illegally withholding my money. I then sued them and I obtained judgment by default for £46 000.00. They did nothing about it until I sent the Bailiffs and are still refusing to pay. They have now instructed high powered solicitors who have managed to get a stay of execution. Because when I applied for judgment, on my application to the Court I did not complete my company name as so and so limited. Because I omitted the limited bit, the judge granted stay of execution.
The Bank has CCJ now and has been acting improperly ever since using tactful means to withhold my money to extent that I cannot stock or pay rent for my shop. My business is now closing down and just does not know what do.
I just want the nation to know that if you are planning to operate a business account with the Bank of Scotland, otherwise known as HBOS also part of the Halifax. They actually kill your business.
