Now dont quote me on this but i think the limit is £150's worth of stuff that you can bring back before you have to declare it and pay tax on it, yes its a measley amount dont you think? im sure someone else would know for definate.
Or you could just wear your new stuff, take off tag's etc
Have a look on www.tripadvisor for things to do in florida go to the boards on west palm beach theres lots of help on things to see/stay/do ask as many questions as you like someone will help you out. have a great timeMy mind tends to wander............If found please return;)

Forget West Palm Beach - Head for Clearwater. The best beach in the whole US imo.0

Go to the shopping outlet centres before you start spending in the main glitzy shopping malls.
Pick up the free booklets that are near the newspaper stands as there are always lots of tokens to get money off etc.
Florida - I think there have been occasions when a small tax is added onto the cost (IIRC it used to be 7.5%) when you get to the till.

If you find yourself in Macy's store, stop by the Customer Service Department and pick up a Macy's International Shopper Savings Card, which will give you 11% reduction for a month. You will need your non US passport thats all.To Dare is To Do:beer:0

Thats a novelty - I've never actually heard of anyone declaring their shopping/gifts/holiday spending
p.s. after you've picked up your bags, and BEFORE you clear Customs in the UK, wake up the Customs man and ask him to 'help' you. Be warned though, it is very likely to take your holiday smile away.0 -
Oh thanks, that what i though no really does.0

If you do feel the need to wake a Her Majestys Revenue & Customs official, here is the official list of what you can bring in from the US, duty free.
