Restocking fee

Noticed so many more sellers putting a "restocking fee" on their listings as a qualification to their returns/refunds policy. Now I have no problem with not recieving back postage and a relisting fee, but 20% of the sale?
Still wish I could buy a TARDIS instead of a house!

Ordinary sellers, not traders, do not have to accept returns so there is an argument that if you change your mind and want a refund that the seller can charge a nuisance/restocking fee to do so.
No one is entitled to a refund just becasue they change their mind. Faulty goods are of course an entirely different matter, and where a buyer receives faulty goods then they have the paypal protection (assuming they use paypal) to get a full refund so the restocking fee would not apply.
