When I checked Amazon - they were available for £25.97 a season.

woolworths website has sopranos complete series 4 for £25.99 and says that RRP is £59.99. Only need to pay £1.50 for post also on as many items as you want to buy.

WHS website seems to have them for 24 pounds
3.5% cash back with greasy palm

and they have west wing for 24 too

modified 3rd december: they're back up to 30 pounds now
I think you have to catch them on a 10% day to get the lower price
