Hope someone can help, I am working in windows vista and have accidentally deleted my recycle bin from the desktop and am unsure how to get it back!!

Or here is another way , right click on the desktop then click personalize, once there look to the left pane near the top and click Change Desktop Icons, this is where you choose which icons you want to appear on your desktop, close/OK .0

You are brilliant, thank you. Now question number 2, I have moved my office folder onto my desktop from my list of programs - do you know how to return it?

Should be able to drag it back into the list with the mouse. Would fire up a Vista machine and check but I would expect someone will be able to tell you a lot faster than that lol0

Hold the left click on the folder, drag it to the start button, once the list opens take it into what area you want it to be in, when it's in a position it can be dropped in you will see a black line appear in the menu.0
