Two teens coming to stay in August and I don't know what to do with them. Any tried and tested recommendations. I know my way around the capital and am perfectly capable of coming up with things to do for under 8s but the whole teen thing is completely new to me..........
Thanks for any suggestions

You didn't mention if they were boys or girls.
I think both would still enjoy the zoo, girls would like Camden Market area for shopping and browsing. What about Tate Modern? my daughter loves anything like that & it's nice along by the river. If they are over 14 organise and take them to a gig in the evening, bound to be something on that they would like or maybe a show if they don't get to the city very often.
Be prepared to not get out till after lunch as my recent experiences of what my daughter and all her friends are like now they are teens. Maybe plan to enjoy some cafe culture/people watching in the early evening hopefully in the sun ( makes them feel grown-up) or let them have some freedom to wander a bit on their own.
Don't forget a visit to the huge TopShop branch on Oxford street is a must for most teenage girls.Grocery challenge October: £228.28/£250.00 NSD 4 ( not completed)

If boys direct them to the nearest football pitch, they'll be happy for hours! :j0 -
If you go to the Ticketmaster website you can browse through and find tickets for the Theatre for £10 each. They tend to be the 7.30pm showings from what I have seen. Depends if they would like that kind of thing, costs almost as much to go to the cinema in the capital these days!0
