Recommend a car hire in Malaga?

Can anyone recommend a car fire firm From Malaga airport please?

Just a small car for 2 adults, 1 week and would like a full/full tank.

I can't actually recommend one as we now use a cab when we visit friends in Malaga every few months. However the one I would suggets being careful with is SIXT. I prebooked in the UK and made sure I had paid for everything up front, I paid extra for all sorts of insurance, I told them that I wanted no nasty extras or surprises and they assured me I was fully paid up and no extras would be charged.

When I got there I was told that if I wanted my tyres and windscreen covered it was extra..and as the roads around the airport are being dug up they suggested this extra insurance was a necessity as the road surfaces are poor. I was then charged even more for petrol, which I didn't use as I was merely driving to my friends place and back..but they insisted I paid around 70 Euros extra for petrol usage.

Oh yes and when I got back they phoned me and insisted I hadn't handed the car back and they would be charging me for each additional day..yet they had accepted the car back and done a walk round to check for damage. That took some sorting out and it was only the fact that there was a fight between holiday makers that I could recall punch by punch that finally persuaded them I had been there on the day I stated and made them go and re look for the car in their own garage.
