Belling fridge/freezer temperature not low enough

The fridge part of our Belling fridge/freezer (BE811) has started to be at too high a temperature over the last few days. The freezer was due for a (manual) defrost so have done that. Have checked temperatures again and the freezer is fine but the fridge is still too high although the thermostat is turned to the correct temperature.
1. Any suggestions as to what to check next?
2. Any technical web forums that I can contact if it may need more technical info?
Thanks.
