Help error when installing webcam

Hi all,
I was hoping someone could help me. I have been trying to install my webcam onto my laptop and I am getting the following error:
Feature Transfer Error
Feature: Must Component
Component: C:\Programfiles\commonfiles\snpstd3\
Error: Access is denied
Unfortunately I am not technically minded so dont have a clue what this is. Hope someone can help

Looks like you dont have permissions on the folder that you are installing to...what OS are you using?, are you logged in with an admin account or a limited account?0
