Just about holding it together Bun.....lousy time at the moment trying to figure out what to do with a load of bricks stuck together with some cement (AKA our house).
Leaning towards the "sod it.....have it then" attitude but need to find somewhere else to live first. And then there's the people at work who know we are 'moving'......YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -
Ah Suze,
How utterly !!!!!!£ for you babe. I so wish I could help...

Bunny & Snaggles - thank you! I'm feeling a little out of sorts today - that whatever I do really isn't good enough (I vacuumed the living room, hall and bedroom carpets. Flown around the house with a duster, tipped some bleach in the toilet, used a wet wipe to get the sink & bath sparkly and blown the fuses downstairs when I put a load of washing in the washing machine:mad:. Every time I turn it on, the downstairs fuse blows. Mind, the last few loads it's been a bit hit and miss about spinning the clothes or leaving them soaking wet in the drum; so maybe it's time to just get a new machine - it is about 10 years old. And I might be able to recycle the drum into a funky outside wood burning thingy...:o
I'd like to get one of those energy efficient washing machine but it will need to have a wool/delicate/handwash cycle as well as 30 and 40 degree programmes - but definitely nothing too fancy!
Oh and the security light stopped working (or rather didn't turn off) so I've had to call out the electrician - bye bye £30 call out and charge to replace it!
Get me and my 'woe is my life tale!' It isn't really, I'm just massively tired and want to be able to have a normal working day with fresh fruit and veg rather than surviving on chocolate bars and crisps and chips!
Are you joining a choir Bunny?

I lurrrrrrrrrrve Oreos!
God, what a panic of an evening.
I had a call from my teaching course tutor to say one of the pieces of work I'd submitted had the wrong slant on it so I've just re-written it.
To be honest, it was a short piece of work and only 250-450 words but I had a minor panic and couldn't think straight for about 10 minutes. I emailed her to check my understanding of the (very badly worded) question and just went ahead with my re-write, keeping everything crossed. Luckily she was online and said my re-interpretation was correct so I've just emailed it off to her. Hopefully, that means I'll be rubber stamped as passed tomorrow as the verifier is coming in.
Have to say though the question was bloody rubbishly worded - apparently I was only supposed to write about the first half of the sentence and not the whole sentence - why didn't they say that - I'm not psychic!!!"Stay Wonky":D
