I bought my own 'eternity' ring when I had DS...in fact, it wasn't an eternity ring but rather a 1/4 solitare set in platinum... obviously PRE LBM...

DH did buy me a balloon flight when I had DS.

As for Florida, I luuuurve it there! Spent many a happy holiday there and plan to go in 2010 (lol) for my 40th! We are hoping to meet a load of other friends that are also turning 40 as well.

Louise - Diazepam is a muscle relaxant - prescription only! I used to have the 2mg ones for my back because of all the spasms where the nerves are damaged, they relax the muscles.

One was ok - it would relax everything to stop the awful electric shock sensation but 2 (I could take 2x 2mg at a time) made me feel like I'd drunk half a bottle of wine, I wasn't able to drive. They go up to 10mg, which would knock a horse out I reckon.

I'd be careful letting him take one to be honest. If it's a low strength one and he isn't taking anything else, then it probably won't do him any harm, but if it's higher than the lowest dose and/or he has any other medication, I'd definitely say not to do it.

    Good evening...

I wanted to pop in and catch up with everyone but I'm thinking I've been away for so long I might as well just start again!

Work's still manic. The students have finished their exams and the results are out next week and we'll get to know if any of them need to repeat the year. It also means I've got under two weeks to finish pulling next year's timetables ready for the new academic year that starts on 4th August. I've managed to rack up over 100 hours overtime in the past four weeks so I might ask them to pay me for some of it as I never have chance to take all of it back (and paying me will mean I get time and a half so might even be able to pay off a debt or two)!

I can't wait for middle of August to come so I can feel a part of the DFW group again (rather than a flying in and out visitor)!

Love and hugs to you all,

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
