OUL Direct Travel Insurance

Hi me & my gf are planning on going to Cyprus in August and are looking for travel insurance I've checked with the post office & its £20 per person.Yesterday i did a search with Moneysupermarket and a company called OUL Direct came out the cheapest with it costing £10.82 I've never booked travel insurance before & i'm not sure what i need to look out for i'm thinking just incase we cancel the trip.Has anybody used this company before?

Can't you compare this against the levels of cover of other insurers and decide which best meets your requirements?

Does your quote include any declared pre-existing conditions for those travelling (and those of close family members for whom you may need to cancel your trip?)

Hi sorry about my post the insurance quote turned out a right mess it was all in order when i submitted it.It didnt ask me about any medical conditions (none of us have any) or family members

Ive got an annual policy with OUL it seemed ok although I havent made a claim.

I took out insurance with OUL Direct as it seemed the best value all round. However like everything in life you get what you pay for! I was unfortunate to have my bag stolen when traveling and had to make a claim, but even more unfortunate was the OUL Direct small print, exclusion and large excess's which left the policy virtually worthless and me seriously out of pocket. I'l be very wary of insurance bought from price comparison sites in future and study the small print.
