To require immediate payment from your buyer, you must:
- Specify a PayPal Premier or Business account when you list your item
- Specify a Buy It Now price no greater than £1,000
- Specify postage costs
- Post to the buyer's credit card billing address registered at PayPal (unless you change your Payment Receiving preferences in your PayPal profile so that you'll allow buyers to use other addresses)

you think you meet the conditions?
you do or you dont.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
Well the requirements you listed sound right so you must be doing something else wrong. I think one thing to mention is that I think it only applies to "buy it now"-only listings. I don't think you can do it for an auction listing that also has a buy it now price. It must be buy it now only.0

For BIN only not auction. Is that the problem?0

The usual problem, as above, is that people try and use the auction setting with a BIN price. Make sure you have chosen only a fixed price auction and not mistakenly left the default on a straight auction.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hi,
You can offer BIN and an auction as a non-business ebayer seller now - I've done it a few times in the last month or so, but previously I could only offer auctions.
I use Turbolister if that makes any difference?0 -

Fixed Price format
When you choose to list in the Fixed Price format, you'll indicate the price at which you'd like to sell your item(s) and buyers can purchase from your listings immediately at that price.- Requirements: You must have a feedback rating of 10 or more (or be ID Verified) to list your item in a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of one. Or if you have a PayPal account, you need to have a minimum feedback score of 5 and accept PayPal as a payment method.
- Requirements: To create a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of two or more, you must have a feedback rating of 30 or more and be a registered user for at least 14 days (or be ID Verified). Or if you have a PayPal account, you need to have a minimum feedback score of 15 and accept PayPal as a payment method.'
If you're positive that you meet all the requirements in your OP, the best we can do is think of reasons that AREN'T in the list of requirements.
So I hope you're positive, or we could be here all nightMy TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

It's not in that section, it is much further down in the payment section underneath the bit where you put your paypal ID.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
