Am I right in thinking fuel is going down?

I'm sure I didn't dream it, but i'm sure that I heard that the major supermarkets were entering into a price war on petrol. Can't seem to find it on the BBC news page though.

It is going down because the wholesale price of crude oil has dropped more than ten dollars from its peak. A rare example of supermarkets actually driving effective competition? I didn't see the other garages rush to pass on the decrease...
