Psp

Has anyone got any ideas why the games on my daughters PSP won't load?, she puts the game in and the white circle whizzes round and there is a noise at back as if its loading up but nothing happens.

Already tried

Tried cleaning the game
Tried resetting the PSP
Restored default settings

theres a lens inside the PSP (like you have on a CD player DVD etc.....if thats dirty it won't play games but this would be unlikely if other games play

i'm sure it has a reset button.....or you can plug it up to a PC and update the firmware

its very easy....go into the settings of the PSP and it should say system update

How long have you had it, if under a year take it back to the shop or website and get a refund/replacement
