Has anyone got any ideas why the games on my daughters PSP won't load?, she puts the game in and the white circle whizzes round and there is a noise at back as if its loading up but nothing happens.

Tried cleaning the game
Tried resetting the PSP

i'm sure it has a reset button.....or you can plug it up to a PC and update the firmware

Updated firmware (we think) still doesn't work, never mind, thanks for help Cat0

phone up sony they will be able to advise you . if its still under guarantee they will come and pick it up and replace it for you with a new one.
