thanks it was doing my head in, as i am trying to complain too k-swiss and do not know how! everyone says to go to the store we bought them from but i have and they said its a manuacturing fault blah blah blah!

Or if you can't find your posts just go into user CP under where it says welcome and when you last visited it tells you there where you have posted.
