Help with changing flight please!

I need to change a Ryanair flight. Not only the date, but also the departure point.
The site does not let me do this (it only allows me to change the date). The non 0871 company tel Ns have a recorded message sending you to the site. The 0871 ALSO has a recorded message sending you to an even MORE expensive 0905 tel Nº. I do not even know how much that will cost from my Talk Talk line because THEY do not answer the telephone EITHER.
Can anybody tell me if I will be able to do this or should I forget about this ticket and buy a new one???
Thanks a lot for any help.

    I'd forget it, and re-book

Well, I had to do exactly that, after trying unsuccessfully to change online (would only allow change of date, despite claiming otherwise) or to contact them over the telephone. They also claim you can recover your taxes (minus a 15 pound fee) if you do not use a flight, but there is no way to do that either.
Besides, they do not even bother to answer their 0871 number. Instead, they have an even more expensive 0905 (one pound a minute).
How can they get away with all this? I have already reported them to the "consumer board" where I was transferred from the local TSA. None of them are going to to anything though.

How much did the original flight cost?

If it was cheap, I would agree with Saint_Chris.
    Gone ... or have I?

What do you call cheap? If it goes down the drain it is never cheap... besides, that is not the point. The point is they cannot declare a policy and then do the opposite and bag all the money, don't you think?

    Eh?

I asked a question. The response to a question is usually an answer. I didn't want another question!

    Why is that?
