Just phoned them up as I never got a reply to my email & have been told that it wasn't posted out til last Friday - A WEEK after I ordered (Ordered on 28th/Dispatched on 4th!) How have people who ordered after me already got their's? Was on hold for 6 minutes on an 0870 number too!
