Agaton we have all been,there when you are scared to ask questions,don't know which way to turn, don't know the first thing about bc,so do not worry you just ask away. Some move on after bc but lots stay to help others like your brother through the process. We try to make the whole thing as easy as poss,but even with our help it's a hard slog. Good for you in helping you brother. It is more sitting, hanging around but check the courts for lifts ect as there does tend to be lots of up stairs/down stairs to differet depts.D

remember....the court will help if you have any access or needs due to ill health so dont try & struggle alone...just ring the court beforehand & they can organise someone to come with you & help get around if needs be
