setting op sipgate

plaese help. got a sipgate account and sipgate phone grandstream 101. cant set it up and co emailed me to go into my router settings and check the firewall. how do i do that?

    bt basic. bt voyager 205. sipgate people emailed me asked to check my firewall setting but how do i get to that, i donot know.
  • To access the modem/router configuration page, type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar in Internet Explorer and press Return. Then click Advanced and log on with Username admin, Password admin (this is the factory default unless you've changed it).

    The router's firewall settings are in Security - IP Filter - Custom.
