problems with site?

I keep getting Unable to display web page messages when I try to open a thread. also the format has changed when i do open a thread. anyone else getting this?

    Hi there :beer: I (and lots of others ;)see here) had this yesterday afternoon, so I went and got on with RL until it went away :D
