I'm sure lots of savvy pet owners already know about this, but seeing as it's a great saving I will share for those who don't know...

James Wellbeloved, which normally costs its weight in gold, is really cheap here:

When we got our little cat he was content on Tesco's own - then when visiting my mum, she gave him some of this and now the little monster won't touch anything else. It's so expensive so definitely worth buying here if you get a load to save on delivery costs too (It costs about £12 for 2kg in the pet shop, so this site saves about 30%). And as mum keeps reminding me when I moan about the cost, it is very good for them and he has a lovely shiny coat.

Jollye's also have it on offer - about £7.50 for a 2kg bag. But, even better, there were some bags in store, with 50% extra free - £7.50 for 3kg!

Excellent, thanks for that - why do I find out all this stuff days after buying it full price from pets at home? Haha.

Last time I went in they were doing 3 for the price of 2, but with the labels turned round for the offer to start the next morning... they were only open for half an hour more when we went in so it was practically the next day :rolleyes: but for some reason they wouldn't have any of it... And it's a 30 mile drive from home so we weren't going back the next day!

I hope our pets know what lengths we go to for them!

James Wellbelloved also make a dog food exclusively for pets at home called Wainwrights and its identical to their named range. I was told this by a Pets at home manager. also cost between £25 and £28 for 15kg bag. lots cheaper than james wellbeloved! my dogs are fit and well and also like it! i have compared it to check and looks the same and the analysis and ingredients are same.

Slightly wrong Im afraid. Crown pet foods make Royal Canin and james wellbeloved. However they were taken over by Mars inc who own pedigree, waltham etc and it will be one of those companies that are producing wainrights
