National Express: Refunding Tickets

Hello 1st time user, and would love your help!!
I purchased tickets months way in advance from national express website, for £35, I had opted for the fasttix collection at Euston and need my bank card to collect them. A week before I was due to collect my tickets, I found out my bank card had been cloned and I had to cancel it. I called nationalexpress 5 days prior to me using fasttix and they told me I had to purchase new tickets, but I would be able to be refunded the new price, I bought new tickets for £125 and then wrote to national express asking them for the full £125 back, they refused and are only offering me the £35 back.
Has anyone else been in this position and do you have any pointers how to get a sensible response from National express, this whole system is poor
Thanks
