Hi all,
I sent my Ulster Bank Gold card application form by post Tuesday, 18/10. I rang them up today to check the status of my application. CS advised that I wasn't in the system and that the process can take up to 3 weeks. Considering that I must pay (BT) my balance from a sainbury's card by 1st December, what would be best for me:
1) Apply to, let's say, Co-Op travel (7mts 0%, no BT fee) for an instant decision; and/or Baraclaycard Plat. (10 mts 0%, no BT fee) which seems to be quicker;
2) or wait for UB's decision???
3) other
PS: Checking my Experian report, I had 8 searches (between 8/Nov/04 - 13/Dec/04, for CC and Loans). + Several unrecorded enquiries/identification searches, which according to experian are not shown to lenders. Since them no searches whatsoever
Advice is very much appreciated
