Whilst I was busy marking essays on Sunday, DD2 asked for some scissors for a 'project'. I could hear some noise in the kitchen but carried on working. About half an hour late in she walked with an old envelope with 'present' written on it. Inside were money off vouchers from all the packets and boxes in the kitchen. She said she knew how excited I got when I saw money off vouchers and thought she would cheer me up. I was less excited by the mess left in the kitchen but as OH said I was obviously having a positive effect on her moneysaving education!Books - the original virtual reality.
