    Just to echo some of the other posters

    The cartel issue - the idea of getting of there being any competition amongst the companies is ridiculous, its just not happening.

    Needlessly overcomplicated bills. A deliberate tactic by the companies and this should not be allowed because really its just another sneaky way to overcharge people as working the bills out needs a degree in maths. (Npower is just one example though that is another story).

    This site has taught me a lot about the wording and layout of bills etc but what about those who are not on the internet and do not have access to the helpful advice here? And what about those who have access and still do not understand their bills?

    Somehow they need to be regulated more, simple rates for starters. No 'tariff years...'
    I always wanted to be a procrastinator, never got round to it...

    some feedback from martin on this thread would be good , also the thread titled capping prices further up the page , are we not playing into the energy companies hands , they shout jump and we ask how high ????
