Where to buy concert tickets for gigs abroad

Going to Japan in November to see The Who and need to know where i can buy tickets for these gigs.
They are not on sale via the offical band website and i cant find them via ticketmaster or other external agents.
The venue websites themselves dont have English language options and i cant read or speak Japanese.
Can anyone recommend any sites where i could purchase them??

Make contact through the official band website and ask there - there also appears to be a forum you can sign up to.

Done that too but they only had a small amount of pre sale tix available which have now gone.
Very odd that there are no ticket agents for Japan.
You can get tix for the US leg of the tour easily but Japan it seems is no go unless you live in Japan.
