Hi All...
I recently won this auction.... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=170239386246&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=007
Only after I won did I notice the part that said she doesn't accept Paypal on items under £12... I bid on my mobile phone, and never noticed this in the T&C's
I have paid through Paypal, but have a feeling she will reject my payment..
Can anyone tell me where I stand?
Thanks

At least she can't neg you!0

The seller is another TSFE, I like the idea that she threatens her buyers with negative feedback!
If she returns your payment just do a non performing seller complaint on her and if she cannot be reasoned with, neg her. She's close to losing her account anyway due to her appalling customer relations and DSR ratings.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I wouldn't want it now anyway - have you seen all the complaints from buyers in her feedback about items being sent dirty, one even says it was covered in baby sick!0

If she cancels the payment then send a cheque - easy peasy
I actually do ebay the other way - don't accept paypal for larger payments than £30 due to a fraudulent cashback done on me. I figure that a scammer is less likely to try to rip me off over small amounts0 -

Why should the OP give up any protection they may have and send a cheque..absolutely no way. If the payment is returned then neg them and report them.
Also,if you start refusing paypal payments for any amount then you can wave goodbye to your account as sellers must now offer and accept paypal on all transactions, except the motor vehicles categories. If you read the ebay community forums they often post up details of sellers they have come across that state that paypal will be refused..and they are usually NARUD within 24 hours.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Her user name is a tad alarming....is it short for psychic or psycho?!
I was reading on the eBay forums and the advice to one was change their name -I think it was something like Evilangel...apparently it could put buyers off!

Also under Seller's payment instructions: "I always get proof of posting and this will be sent to you if your item is lost or damaged"
It doesn't work like that... This seller will probably be naru'd by the end of the week.0
