Barclaycard reduced limit - legislation?
Comments
-
Barclaycard are Poo.
I successfully claimed just over £600 from monument, which they refunded to my Barclaycard on the 2nd. On exactly the same day, they decided to reduce my credit limit by £600.
I called up to ask why, and got the "review of your account and information from the credit reference agency" spiel.
This all seems pretty convenient, but my main concern is the CRA bit, can they really access my info every month? Dont i need to give them explicit permission to do this?0 -
