Have you tried Tyresavings.com? I used them recently and they were pretty cheap, I also went through Top Cashback and got £7 back I think.

Also try Tesco Tyres.

Its just blackcircles with tesco branding on the website but you will get clubcard points which you don't get when ordering direct through blackcircles.
