Thunderbird help?

Ive set thunderbird up and all was working fine for around a week. Last few days i have been receiving less or no emails. So, i decided to open Outlook back up, clicked send/receive and had loads of new mails from the past few days.

When i press 'get mail' on thunderbird it connects to the account and says 'no new messages on this server'.

Does anyone know whats up and how to fix it- that would be great:)

Thnaks in advance for any help:beer:

Which OS and which version of Thunderbird?

You could create a new account to see if it's a problem with the account/profile?

  • Now you have ticked it Pete, it should work okay. I had this problem once, don't know how it became "unticked" but it was and when I ticked again the emails were okay icon7.gif
