Abbey national / Santander shares

Can anyone help? I hold 500 shares in Abbey (issued when they floated), and realise that I have not updated my new address since Santander took over. Hence I havent received any divi payouts for ages!!!

Who can I write to / ring in order to correct my address? I emailed Abbey months ago and still await a reply!

    Not very geographical, seeing as that isa Birmingham code. The Worthing code is 01903.

    I found one 01903 702966 but not specifically for Abbey.

    I thought that at the time of the acquisition Abbey shareholders were given 1 Banco de Santander share for each Abbey share they held plus about 30p to cover the dividend !!!

    Therefore you should now own Banco de Santander shares not Abbey shares

    Banco Santander is on the IBEX under SAN

    ...I think the old Abbey National code on the LSE was ANL before the buyout
