Oh no, so annoyed, thought i'd see if I could get tickets to give to my old housemate who lives in Manchester (I'm down south), won, well if you can call it that but it says you have to take ID with you. Does that mean my friend won't be able to use them? I know I can just tell her to go onto the site, but it's not the same as surprising her with the tickets. Any ideas?

Reply to the email and ask if your friend can have them instead? If they have her name down, then all she has to do is give the code and show her ID instead.

tried that unfortunately the email bounces straight back. Will try and track down a phone number and call them in the morning. Hopefully they'll say yes, looks like they are wanting to fill the seats so they should be.
