Sorry for this post not being Boots related but thought some of us might be interested in this offer from Sainsburys (as none of us ever like to miss a freebie). I got a Sainsbury's mag in the post and it had this offer in, I did a search on the boards and there is another thread about it somewhere (will go & find it to add the link). Link to other thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=12119107&highlight=sainsburys+huggies#post12119107

If anyone has any of the £1 off Huggies P&B coupons you can use these too and they expire on the 1st Aug. I got one when nappies were 1/3 off the other week so paid £1.49 and got the box. Can easily car boot the nappies for £2 or give to friends etc with the box

As title says ...... popped into a store (not my lovely little local one) to have a quick nose about while I was passing (as you do!) and picked up:

Olay regenerist face wash thingy (can't remember the exact product) - had a £5 off Olay regenerist from MF gwp so should have been 50p after the £5 taken off.

Model Me shampoo - had 250 pts from mag insert.

Tea tree face mask - had 100 pts ACM.

Also had a few other bits too (elvive shampoo for 50p and some sweets for the kids).

Got to till, olay voucher beeps. SA says "TO BE USED ON THE CREAM ONLY:rolleyes: ". I politely pointed out the wording (ALL olay regenerist) and then she says "can't accept it anyway - it says on it not to be used with any other offer blah blah blah" so I took the voucher back and got her to void it off.

Same thing for the Model Me, tried the "I've used one before and it beeped then too" but again got the "not to be used with any other offer" excuse. Got her to void that off too :p .

Then she puts through the face mask and mutters under her breath "crafty" !!!!

"Sorry" says I? To which she replies "Oh, that's a crafty way to boost your points with that".

To be honest, I just ignored her, shoved my card at her and didn't even make eye contact. I can forgive the vouchers beeping (we all know the 'cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer' are the rules) but it's the rudeness and obnoxious behaviour that annoyed me.

I really can't be bothered with this anymore. The last two times I've been in to Boots, the vouchers I've wanted to use have beeped, the SA have been downright moody and rude and it's just not worth the hassle.

So, I'm off on hols next week and will be busy getting ready for the next few days and I'll have to think very seriously about whether or not I will be venturing into Mr B's in future !

It makes me angry that just lately, there seem to be more and more SA being downright rude and nasty to customers who don't deserve anything less than politeness and a bit of good old fashioned 'customer is always right' treatment.

Sorry girls, i'll get off my soap box now. Going to go and have a nice glass of wine and chill out ! :D

    Lovely jubblie!! :T

    I'm thinking of getting:

    2 x P&P Anti Ageing Facial Sun Protection - £9.50 each
    1 x Tan wipe - £1
    GWP

    Then using:

    £5 tillspit
£5 off wys £20 PC coupon
500 points wyb any product from the P&P range
150 points wys £20 or more from mailing
and ACM 500 wys £10 or more on No7 Sun Facial Sun Protection

    = 50p plus 1150 points!! :T
Anyone see any errors or can suggest any more coupons to use?
Wasn't sure if healthcare money-off or travel healthcare points would work?

    :D

I could not get the money off travel healthcare of points on travel healthcare to work today, of the 150 points on £20 spend from mailing
Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together. :p
