It's Redditch - but a previous poster said a Liverpool branch was selling the pink no 7 boxes for £3 (they contain: mascara, nail varnish, eye shadow, lipstick, lip pencil, Time resisting daycream, hand cream, and post-shave recovery balm for men). The sets are summer lines which must be being discontinued.

I don't know whether the moisturising faketan price is a local glitch or a national one. I've just used it and it smells lovely! Still waiting for the tan though.

When my daughter lived in Paris she used to get me L'Oreal Professional Power care Color SOS REPAIR SYSTEM shampoo which I find to be excellent for my hair, using it once a week and I wondered if anyone had seen it in Boots as this is the first time I will be buying it in the UK.

Thank you for replying so quick to my question about the perfume. I have asked my friend to get me the body lotion to match as that was £5.50.

not had much look in my local today, might go further afield tommorow. Does anyone know if robert cavalli stuf thursdays child bought is available in all stores. Sounds really nice thanks to sonnees description! Still cant find a cheap smilie set tho. Was going to try the expert glitch but nerve give out after all of the stories on here, wasnt going to over do it 6 or 8 maybe, what do you think?

Not a huge shop today, but still a good one and my fave shop assistant was working :rotfl:

* Another magazine of course for next time!

So in the end I got paid to take the stuff away! Disappointed not to find any Urban Retreat stuff though...

I have spent a while thinking whether I should post this. I am all for what I would term "proper glitches" i.e. they give vouchers that give points or product (e.g the free time delay stuff from a couple of years ago) I am more hesitant when it comes to "mistakes", which this clearly is. I think it is great if someone can get to try out a product for free or cheaply for their own use, but I am not so keen on those that then abuse the glitch. By this I mean people who will push as many bags through the till as possible without buying any product and will immediately list them on ebay, or those who get free product and then repeatedly take them back for refunds to get revenue, rather than the product didn't suit them.

I know that this post may get responses along the lines of "get off your high horse" and my OH has said the same "if people want to be entrepreneurial, then let it be" but when this thread was started it was "moneysaving", not "moneymaking at the cost of everyone else" and if Boots do get a flood of the latter, then they spoil it for the former.

I'll stop ranting now, and climb down from the horse. Anyway the GWP was going through (saturday) with no other requirement.

As an aside, for Newcastle shoppers, they have a discount section, and there was loads of time delay serum (sorry thrown the box, and cannot find it on the website) for less than £2. I know there is a points coupon floating about that is worth more than this, but moreover, I bought this stuff without the coupon, and I can highly recommend it anyway, I have noticed a change in my skin almost immediately. They also have the pink No.7 (?) jewellry type cases for £3, there are enough products in it to justify the spend (imo) but the vouchers within are out of date.

I'm not a regular in there but I've been in Eldon Square branch of Boots 3 times in the last few months, each time they have had a stand of different old GWP's upstairs near the skincare ranges, the RoC bag was one of them, there is usually a sign saying they are free WYS a certain amount on any skincare. I guess they must have a lot of them to clear.

I was given one of the RoC bags by an SA in Durham recently, just out of the blue, she had a pile of things behind the till and just asked if I would like one, it made my day
