hello everybody!
sorry, not related. but was looking for a hair mask. as some Bootsers know this thing better- which product from Boots is worth to buy? i used to use Botanics one, but finished it now. want to try something else.
thank you
Manila
I know you said you have finished your botanics one and want to try something else but they have the offer on again for the botanics three minute hair mask. They are £4.99 each or 2 for £5 but they also have a voucher in the ACM for 250 points so equivalent of £2.50 for two tubs.
p.s. Big round of applause for Mr Buffy for offering to help everyone out.You never know - he might be able to buy enough for a free GWP!!!!
If so can I have a gorgeous pallette if you have one spare?0 -

Im sure a lot of people recently commented on how good the UG Hair mask is. No offer on these at the Mo though"I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best." — Marilyn Monroepinkladymel wrote: »she hasn't lost the ol' Bootsing magic:D

Can anyone help? I've decided i'm going to buy some GHD hair straightners and where else would i go but to boots! Well boots.com! If i buy them today then i could take advantage of their 600 point offer and combine it with a 500 point spend points voucher, anyway i don't think i explained that very well but it gives around 1400 points, can anyone else think of another way to maximise my points on a dot com spend? the ghd's are around £100.
thanks everyone!
That sounds about the best it will get I'm afraid without just buying things for the sake of extra point iykwim.
I have also sent you a Pm, or will do in a min."I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. Well I went to Boots today, how disappointing it was... no Clearance whatsoever, not a single reduced thing in sight
And then even more disappointing, the Expert shelf was practically bare, so I didn't use my 92/93 coupons.
I was going to get some No 7 sun stuff but the only ACM voucher I have is for the 500 points on facial, and I just wouldn't use the stuff so I decided not to bother and save my money instead.
So in the end I got the last remaining TB bag and the Olay hand cream. Went to SS till, scanned them both in, then it was coupon time... The first one beeped, arghhh. Said something about "Restricted quantity item", I ignored it and scanned a second coupon and it beeped again, same message, so I shoved those two into the hole quick and that time the screen went blank and I had to wait for an SA who just typed a number in and walked off again, so I scanned last coupon and that one was ok.
Just reread squiggles guide to SS tills from last night and I think I did the order wrong perhaps?...also another thing to remember is when your scanning your coupons you cant just scan one after the other like tescos, you have to
1 scan coupon
2 press coupon button on screen(this is a must or self scan will crash to blank screen and call for the assistant)
3 insert coupon in slot
4 repeat with the rest of your coupons
I pressed coupon first and then scanned one, that's when it beeped. Is that why it went wrong?
Anyway, I ended up with just the Olay hand cream, TB bag, for £5 and 800 points back :jMother, wife, scientist, analyst.

In same branch I also got the Expert Post Pregnancy Volumising Shampoo and Conditioner on clearance for 75p and £1 each respectively. Despite not needing the product I felt compelled to surrender my long held PC coupon to get said conditioner free wyb said shampoo. Was going to do SS till but SA had to do it for me - two of them took five minutes to get it to go through but got it in the end.0 -

Hi everyone
I know people are signing off and me too, but before I go:
Dotchas, I will be thinking about you Wednesday and sending loving and healing thoughts your way. YOU are a very brave and beautiful woman. Make sure the nurses do not "help" themselves to your Boots stash while you are away from your bed. LOL
I have a £5 Love to Shop voucher that I received for helping with a survey. Completely forgot about it until tonight when I was looking through my ACM vouchers and found it.
Could you recommend something for me to buy that would maximise points please? I am not keen on eyeshadows as my eyes always itch and I end up rubbing it off.
I want something that is going to be for me, not for someone as a Xmas present.
I also have PLENTY of ACM vouchers, am trying to sort them out so can list for you.
Does anyone have one spare Sun token please?
Goodnight lovelies, and the eyeshadows mentioned above are GORGEOUS but no good to me.0
