I was wondering if anybody has seen any reduced Boots Time Delay in the London area? My local Boots has the old packaging TD still selling at full-price! I'm envious of all the bargains that you all seem to be getting.....and I've got some extra points vouchers that I'd love to be able to use as well!

    Hi Redtop

In the boots in Oxford Street, the big one with 4 floors they have the TD face wipes in the pink pack. Thye are £2.00. If you use the voucher from the back of the mag (200pts WYB any TD) you get the same amount of points back as you spend in cash.:T

    there's a few about where you're looking...

the largest one on oxford street is called Sedley Place and is near bond st tube, you can't miss it, 3 floors, have never found a clearance but SS tills.

there are smaller ones dotted along the whole of oxford street.

there's a 2 floor one in covent garden. does have clearance though (ground floor, at the back on the left)

one of my fav's is the picadilly circus one, 2 floors, covers good ranges and sometimes clearance can be found downstairs.

haven't been to the camden one in ages.

there's one at the oxford st end of tottenham court road (not a fav) and even though it has 2 floors it's not a good one for bargains.

    good luck!

    evening all

quiet in here again tonight.. well it is saturday night I suppose

went to boots to get little mans pics done and I have to say I am really disappointed. The girl spoke so fast and so loud that she kept frightening Jack :rotfl: Seriously though she did and he cried every time she looked or spoke to him. She took about 10mins if that worth of pics 4 poses and I dont think I will get a decent one amongst them. So at the end she asked me which one did I want for my £2.99 10x12 i was like emmm well if I cant see it how do I know which one I want, she said oh I think he was smiling in the second pose. Then she proceeded to tell me that the full package was worth £300 odd pounds and that they do it for £150 and you can take them away when you pick them up.

Well i dont think I would pay that for them for her 10 mins of rotten photography. I will stop babbling now its just im really disappointed was so looking forward to it and it was such a let down.

On a brighter note I decided to spend my points :D  on a new digital camera. I was painstakingly hard to part with them but I suppose that is why we collect in the first place to buy things like that I cant afford normally.

Although it is going back as didnt realise you had to buy charger seperate which is another £25 as it doesnt take normal aa rechargable batteries so will pick another me thinks

    :D
